Aaron Chase is a Brooklyn, New York based attorney with a genuine passion for the big-picture aspects of litigation, namely understanding the legal principles that frame disputes, and how those principles impact a party's likelihood of success.
By nature, Aaron is a generalist with a wide range of interests and experiences. Aaron has degrees in both the common law and civil law traditions from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and an undergraduate engineering degree, also from McGill. He has worked for two international law firms, as well as the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
Aaron has played integral roles in cases ranging from the successful defense of Google in a patent infringement case, to an investigation by the New York Office of the Attorney General of Charter Communications for defrauding internet subscribers that resulted in a $174 Million settlement, to a death penalty appeal.
This diversity of experience has provided Aaron with the ability to navigate a wealth of complex challenges across a variety of legal fields, industries, and subject matters.
